Ian Webster, President of Project Navigator, formed the company in 1997, after working at Unocal Corporation on environmental matters for 14 years. His key strengths are in project management, remedial engineering and negotiation. He has had over 30 articles published on reaction engineering and environmental site remediation. He holds BSc, MSc and ScD qualifications in Chemical Engineering.

Laura Ciccolini joined Project Navigator in 2001 and set up the UK branch of the company, of which she is the vice director. She is responsible for delivering strategic environmental engineering services to UK clients. Ciccolini has an MEng degree and a PhD, both in Chemical & Biochemical Engineering from University College London
