Biography
Geoffrey Wellburn currently works as marketing director for Recycling to Aggregates Limited (RTAL). With an academic background as a chartered mechanical engineer, his career has been spent in high technology companies where, most notably, he held the corporate and planning directorships for the Electronic Components Division of Plessey Marine. Since 1983, he has been Managing Director and Chairman of a number of companies, including Plessey Marine. Geoffrey's experience of recycling issues has been developed through his role at RTAL, which gives him responsibility for setting up a waste distribution programme to aggregate plants throughout the United Kingdom.
