While working with Clean Air Engineering, Adrian Thiedeman gained invaluable experience in Isokinetic sampling and continuous emission monitoring work. Thiedeman was among the first to gain AEA stack samplers accreditation for level 2 testing in the UK. He has since trained people in emission monitoring and has spent time on committees focusing on the development of future standards. In 1999, Air Testing and Support Ltd teamed up with AGL. To date, the two companies have established a firm base in instrument rental for environmental applications and their equipment has been extensively fielded to local authorities in the UK. Adrian graduated from the School of Chemistry at Leicester Polytechnic prior to gaining a Ph.D. in air and water pollution control.
