Tim Dowling is UK sales and marketing manager at Monitor-Pro Ltd, part of AEA Technology plc, where he is responsible for a range of activities including bringing new products and services to the marketplace to customers' satisfaction. He was first involved with environmental software about 10 years ago. In the intervening period, he has worked in the certification industry on ISO 14001, EMAS and environmental reporting projects and as an environmental consultant, with projects for public and private sector clients both in the UK and overseas. Tim is a council member of the Institute of Environmental Management (IEMA) and sits on its Midlands Regional Committee.
