Demolition, site development, grading and site restoration are all part of TRI's expertise as a full service environmental and earthwork contractor. TRI ``self performs`` all of its projects with TRI personnel and TRI equipment, including all earthwork. By doing this, TRI eliminates down line sub-contracting - which results in better control; cost, schedule, quality of work, and the ability to guarantee the performance and dedication clients expect from their contractors.
TRI has successfully completed projects within the LUST, SRP, RCRA, and CERCLA frameworks to receive No Further Remediation (NFR) letters and saved our clients millions of dollars by offering innovative low cost remediation alternatives. TRI uses the disciplines of construction management, project management, and environmental management in developing and executing cost conscious project plans. These disciplines and our experience with various kinds of remediation projects offer the expertise, regulatory assurance and competitive pricing for any project. Cost is always an important issue to all concerned; however, with TRI it becomes a far second to Health & Safety issues. TRI's staff spends a great deal of time to protect its personnel through careful planning, hazard recognition and control, and training to assure that the health and safety of the project site personnel and the public are never compromised.
