Interscan Corporation Announces Updates and Improvements to its Arc-Max® Data Acquisition/Archiving/Reporting Software Package.
Arc-Max®, the well-introduced reporting tool, intended for occupational health regulatory requirements, now has some new features.
CHATSWORTH, Calif., – Interscan Corporation, a leading manufacturer of gas detection systems and related software, has updated its popular Arc-Max® product.
Built around the industrially-hardened Microscan Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system, Arc-Max® has always provided alarm logs; continuously refreshed recording of the four highest 15 minute average exposures; minimum and maximum exposure levels; along with a continuously re-calculating 8-hour time-weighted average of the exposure.
A further feature of the package is that it supports up to four independent shifts per 24 hour period. Starting and ending time of the shifts can overlap, and shift reports, containing all the parameters mentioned above, are printed automatically, or on-demand.
All data remains on the host computer, and is controlled via password access.
New features include a more user-friendly interface and easier initial set-up. A facility to record comments, such as calibration cycles, has also been added. Interscan Corporation
