MYCELX Hydrocarbon Removal Matrix (HRM™) cartridges

Industrial Applications

MYCELX Hydrocarbon Removal Matrix (HRM™) water filter cartridges are engineered for hydrocarbon removal ranging from oil to gasoline from water in a single pass. MYCELX instantly solublizes the hydrocarbon compounds and bonds them to its surface, keeping them from separating and emulsifying.

MYCELX water filter cartridges have also been proven effective in environmental and commercial contamination for removing Oil Sheen, Chlorinated Solvents, Natural and Synthetic Oils, PCBs and organically bound metals. 

The new Emulsion Breaker EB Cartridge . This high performance water filter cartridge has been developed for emulsified oil removal and low concentrations of partially water soluble hydrocarbons such as BTEX and chlorinated solvents. It is especially good at cleaning up difficult emulsion waste streams.

MYCELX has just introduced a new line of water filter cartridges aimed at the machining industry. The new EB MachineKleen Cartridge is specifically designed for Semi-Synthetic and Mineral Oil based machining fluids.

VC25 11.3 kgs. MYCELX infused wood chips for oil spill clean up immobilizing water borne oils to keep the oil from sinking, separating, or emulsifying.  

Versimat T
Case of 4. 3.05m. interconnectable lengths.
Each Versimat is 3.05m. long x 1.5 m. wide to stop and absorb light sheen to bulk amounts of oil spill clean up. Boom type rope connections keep the Versimat tethered in place to reduce shifting and ensure consistent placement.

MYCELX SilaKleen T
One cubic foot of MYCELX infused expanded silicate (large grade approx. 3mm particles) for storm water runoff and bag filter applications.  

MYCELX Wet Weather Emergency Response Kit

MYCELX PermaKleen

MYCELX Technologies developed MYCELX PermaKleen primarily for hydrocarbon removal from flowing water.

MYCELX PermaKleen has been designed for a myriad of filtration uses ranging from stormdrain cisterns and filter bag fill applications to packed column filtration. The engineered product incinerates easily, causes no fines, will not retain water or waterlog, and is very stable in varying pH conditions.
