All Envirotrol adsorption equipment is designed to be user friendly. Two prefabricated steel adsorbers are provided with lifting lugs and are mounted on fork truck mobile bases for easy placement and carbon exchange service. Envirotrol provides a complete turnkey service to handle carbon reactivation and service of these adsorbers. All the assembled interconnecting piping is mounted on a prefabricated steel pipe support stand for installation on your foundation. The adsorbers with interconnecting piping form a complete vapor phase dual vessel adsorption system that can operate with one adsorber on-line or with both adsorbers on-line. The steel vessels are lined with corrosion resistant epoxy resin and these systems are available in four sizes to suit your application. These dual vessel adsorptions systems can be utilized by industrial, municipal or commercial users in a variety of air purification applications.

ROB-1
Envirotrol`s ROB-1 mobile steel adsorber is engineered and prefabricated to remove contaminants and/or odors from air at flow rates up to 12,500 CFM (354 ms/min) at minimal pressure drops and can house up to 13,000 lb (58Q7 kg) of carbon. It is internally lined sample ports are provided to monitor carbon performance. The mobile steel adsorber`s design permits with a high performance catalyzed epoxy resin and loading, transportina and placement by special truck without the use of acrane. Additionally, the adsorber is provided with lifting lugs it can be lifted by crane when required. It can be provided on a lease or purchase basis and Envirotrol can provide complete carbon reactivation services.
