MWH Labs has been providing bromate analysis by method 317. This method is generally free from the positive or negative interferences associated with method 300.1, the conventional method for bromate. As of March 2006, method 317 can be used for compliance monitoring under the SDWA. Bromate has a maximum contaminant level of 10 ug/L (ppb) and under the Prop65 regulations bromate may be of interest at much lower levels. Using a lab with extensive experience, coupled with a method that is very accurate provides the best protection against possible compliance violations. |
