AirWall Dust Collection Equipment
It has been designed for the capture and control of airborne contaminants. The AirWall is a self contained cartridge filter unit with a small footprint that does not require ductwork and operates with low horse power fans. The AirWall works off of compressed air to automatically clean the cartridge filters contained within the unit.

The Airwall Contamination Control Booth (CCB) system This is a self-contained, stand alone work station consisting of an integrated booth and one or more AirWall dust collection units. This equipment is designed to isolate and control noise, dust, fumes and other pollutants. Uses for the AirWall with CCB include capture of airborne contaminants generated by material handling and manufacturing procedures, for example, dry chemical processing, powder coating, grinding, welding, sanding and fiberglass repair.

Envirosystems AWC units
These units are designed for multiple applications, especially where large ventilation volumes are required and space is at a premium. The AWC units also offer an exclusive ``dual process`` feature which allows them to be used for both dry and/or wet applications using the same fan(s).
An exclusive ``dual process`` feature available with the AWC modules allows them to be used for both dry and wet applications using the same fan(s). During wet process applications the plenum will draw air directly though a set of low leakage dampers in the front of the clean air plenum; by-passing the cartridge filters to provide simple ventilation or air movement during wet processes.
During dry process operations producing dust, these dampers will close and an additional set of low leakage dampers inside the plenum will open to allow the air to flow through the baffled air inlets and then through the cartridge filters. The dampers are automatically controlled to allow only one set to be open at a time, depending on the type of operation being performed.
Several AWC modules may be connected side by side to provide dust collection volumes of over 1,000,000 CFM. All AWC modules are provided with an automatic reverse pulse filter purging system.
All Envirosystems AWR modules
These modules are designed to be located remotely and connected via ducting to a separate fan. Fan volume and static performance is dependant on individual applications. Fans may be supplied by Envirosystems or by others. Several AWR modules may be connected side by side or in multiple banks to provide dust collection volumes of 1,000,000 CFM or more. Although each standard AWR module includes a built in clean air plenum complete with multiple ducting attach points, custom duct attach points or plenums may also be provided for banks of multiple AWR modules.
