Conestoga-Rovers & Associates (CRA) is an independent environmental consulting firm providing specialist services in:
- Environmental Management - including audit, EMS, EIA, CSR,
- Property and Land - contaminated land investigation and remediation, and
- Operations and Process Management - IPPC applications and emissions modelling (see www.ippcusergroup.co.uk), waste management.
CRA's UK team is based in Nottingham, from where services are delivered to clients in the UK and Europe. Part of the Canadian-based CRA Group of over 1,500 technical staff, CRA UK operates as a UK consultancy, with its own client base.
CRA UK staff are highly skilled and motivated, and are encouraged to develop their expertise as the basis for providing high quality and innovative services to our clients. CRA staff are members of and participate in the activities of IEMA and the EIC. A number are registered environmental auditors, act in an advisory capacity to Envirowise and the East Midlands regional development agency or are involved with BSI environmental standards committees.
CRA operates under a company specific quality management system and has obtained certification to ISO 9001:1994 in the majority of offices. The company is now developing the quality system to comply with the requirements of ISO9001:2000.
