Black and Veatch uses sophisticated and immaculate processes to address water and waste water treatment and filtration problems.
Few of them are:
- Reverse Osmosis (RO): reclaims industrial process water, treating it to potable standards
- Biological nutrient removal: removes nutrients, including phosphorus and nitrogen, to the highest degree
- Industrial process-water-treatment facility (IPWTF): capable of treating 2.3 million gallons of water per day
Nanofiltration membranes: uses significantly lower operating pressures, keeping energy costs low. Treats reclaimed water to a level exceeding drinking water standards
