William Blyth has been an environmental consultant for over eight years. He currently leads the emissions trading activities at Future Energy Solutions, AEA Technology was involved in the development of the Climate Change Levy and modelling for the CCL agreements. He has also been instrumental in the development of the UK Emissions Trading Scheme and the development of the schemes reporting guidelines. Subsequently, William has developed emissions trading strategies for several leading companies in the UK. His work has additionally covered cleaner development mechanisms for DFID, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and project validation work for the Prototype Carbon Fund.
