Biography
Chris Fry has expertise in developing and applying appraisal and management tools for a range of decision making contexts. In particular, he is involved in research and consultancy work focusing on improving environmental impact assessment, strategic environmental assessment and sustainability appraisal methods, forging and enhancing the links between them. He joined TRL in 2000 from the Environment Agency, where he was involved in the environmental assessment of water management projects. He has more recently been working in the transport and construction sectors. He is a chartered member of the Institution of Water and Environmental Management.
