Paul Theile has gained significant experience in the reclamation of contaminated land in the UK and throughout Europe, Scandinavia, the US and Canada. After graduating from the University of Bradford, Paul's early career was spent working on major civil engineering contracts. He diversified into the area of remediation in 1983 to become commercial director of a bio-engineering company that specialized in the use of micro-organisms for the treatment of contaminated soils. In 1990 he joined Miller Environment Limited to develop it as a broad-based environmental services company using novel remediation technologies. The company now trades as MEL Limited, with Paul as their managing director.
