Our real-time acoustic emission monitoring solution has been developed and improved during 13 years of research, development and monitoring services. As a result we have created highly reliable monitoring systems, non-intrusive installation techniques, effective methods of a noise filtration and a web interface for a remote data access and monitoring. For our analysis we deploy real time data about the actual equipment condition which helps identify repairs and corrections necessary to prevent a critical failure.
