Current Meters
Current meters measure the water current at only one level. Current meters are simple to use and appropriate when only one point is required to cover great depths on mooring lines.The Aquadopp current meteris small in size while extremely powerful as a sampling system.
Aquadopp 3d Current Meter
The Aquadopp is probably the most versatile single-point current meteron the market. It is cost-effective, robust and has a wide range of applications. The system electronics integrates accurate Doppler velocity measurementswith standard sensors such as temperature, pressure, tilt, and compass.
2000m Aquadopp 3d Current Meter
The 2000m Aquadopp is designed for deployments down to 2000m and it has all the capabilities of the standard Aquadopp. It is a modern, yet well-proven instrument. Relative to the standard system, it has a larger diameter (about 84mm vs. 75mm) but it is still made of all plastic parts.
6000m Aquadopp 3d Current Meter
Rugged and resistant, the 6000m model still retains all the capabilities of the standard Aquadopp. Relative to the standard system, it has a larger diameter (about 84mm vs. 75mm) and built from Titanium grade 2.
Current Profilers
Current profilers represent the biggest product group and covers deep water current profilers measuring over ranges of several hundred meters, shallow water coastal systems, and operational vessel mounted systems.Shallow water current profilers can both measure the currents and the wave height/direction for applications in coastal engineering and science.

A quick glance at the Aquadopp Profiler - and you immediately know that you are looking at a new generation of current profilers. But this is not a ``stripped down`` or ``lite`` current profiler.
Awac
Current profiles and wave height & direction data with a single instrument! With the Nortek AWAC, you get a current profiler and a wave directional systemin one unit. You can measure the current speed and direction in 1-m thick layers from the bottom to the surface and you can measure long waves, storm waves, short wind waves, or transient waves generated by local ship traffic.
The Continental Current Profiler
The Continental is a modern current profiler designed to get that extra range. At 190 kHz, you can measure the current profile in 200-m of water knowing that you are using technology designed in this millennium. Or you can choose the 470 kHz for 100-m range if this is what you need.
Vessel-Mounted Current Profiler
The Nortek vessel mounted profiler is designed for professional vesselsthat are equipped with modern navigation equipment.In order to provide the true ocean currents, all vessel-mounted current profilers must subtract the ship velocity from the measured data. The water depth and the quality of the bottom acoustic conditions are irrelevant.
Velocimeters
Velocimeters belong to a special class of high-resolution 3D instrumentsused to study rapid velocity fluctuationsin the laboratory or in the ocean. These instruments use focused beams to measure with high sampling rates in a small point.
Vector 3D Current Meter
The Vector 3D current meter collects high-resolution velocity and pressure datain rapidly changing environments. Based on processing schemes originally developed for the Nortek Acoustic Doppler Velocimeter, the system electronics integrates unique Doppler velocity measurements with standard sensorssuch as temperature, pressure, tilt, and compass.
Vectrino
The Vectrino is a high-resolution acoustic velocimeter used to measure 3D water velocity in a wide variety of applications from the laboratory to the ocean. The basis measurement technologyis coherent Doppler processing, which is characterized by accurate data with no appreciable zero offset.
