We use different sub suppliers, specialized on their categories. We select the supplier with the demand to fulfill the delivery according to the end users quality conditions. We deal with four main treatment processes including: metal, chemical, food and steel treatment or surface treatments.
Metal
Novatek filter presses are used in leaching processes as well as in purification steps where high acid concentration and temperatures occur. The design of a Novatek filter presses makes it possible to operate with low maintenance costs.
Chemical
Novatek filters are designed for production of different products in the chemical industries such as, pigments, sulphates, water chemicals or any basic chemical. You can treat the slurry in a closed system by washing, leaching and dewatering.
Food industry
Filter presses are used for different purposes in the food industry. Biorotors are used for BOD treating. The advantage is a high contact area in a small foundation space.
Steel /Surface treatment process
In the steel and surface treatment process, the pickling acid filtration method is used. Together with a leading steel company a process for cleaning acids is developed which saves the consumption of acids in the wastewater treatment equipment.
